The COVID-19 pandemic has revealed structural problems related to disparities in the access to health and inequity among vulnerable groups such as indigenous populations. The presentation of this series of cases tries to make visible the limitations on the access to consultation and the follow up of chronic treatments of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the qom community of the Rosario city. Furthermore, this description aims to discuss relevant concepts when planning strategies to improve patient adherence to chronic treatments.
