Abstract

The trial deals with an educational research project that aims to investigate the knowledge that the students of Health Sciences (Ciencias de la Salud UNR) have about the speech therapy discipline and the work of the professional speech therapist Due to the lack of projects on institutional evaluation in the university environment and in the School of Speech Therapy, in particular, this work proposes an exploratory and descriptive approach to the reference theme in order to understand the integration of the agents involved in the system. The population is made up of active students of the different Health Sciences careers from 2nd to 5th year. In the first stage of the research project (PID 1MED449), it was the nursing students who voluntarily agreed to complete the questionnaire. The results obtained reflected that they have an incomplete knowledge of the speech therapy task.
